Chateau Gioux is a fantastic 19th century castle and former hunting house of the Belgian and French nobility, surrounded by hectares of forests and lakes in the Mille Vaches National Park in the Limousin region and the Creuse department. A unique retreat for those who yearn for silence and unspoiled nature. We look forward to welcoming you to one of our individually styled rooms, all carefully restored and decorated with vintage pieces that suit the spirit of the house.<\/p>

All rooms feature well-appointed bed linen, towels and toiletries to ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay<\/p>

You can walk through picturesque villages, meadows, and forests, where the silence is overwhelming. \n\nThe B&B is tastefully decorated, and you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. Steven and Sabine are the perfect hosts, doing everything they can to make sure their guests are comfortable. \n\nOn Saturday, we enjoyed the *Table d'H\u00f4te*, a delicious 3-course meal made with fresh local products. On the other evenings, we also joined the table for a simpler meal, but it was prepared with just as much care and love for the ingredients. It was delightful.\n\nFor breakfast, Sabine offers variety every morning. We had, for example, bacon and eggs before heading out for a long walk, or once we were treated to delicious French toast with freshly baked apples. And let\u2019s not forget Steven's homemade pastries!\n\nFor our hikes, Sabine packed us a picnic with tasty sandwiches, generously filled, along with a piece of fruit and a drink. \n\nAfter our walks, we were welcomed back with a nice cup of coffee and a friendly chat.\n\nA definite highlight is relaxing in the hot tub while enjoying the sunset and the stars.
